Portfolio Development Program

This course will help serious students take their portfolios to the next level. Whether you are submitting work for AP courses, considering applying to LVA or other magnet programs, or even applying to Art Colleges, a strong portfolio is an absolute must. 

Additionally, understanding how to approach and prepare for the mandatory entry tests will give you the advantage you need to succeed. The King Art Studio’s expert Art instructors will evaluate your current portfolio to enhance and broaden its scope.

As an interdisciplinary Art studio we offer the right resources to connect many different mediums such as drawing, painting or graphic design into their work.

We will introduce specific focuses into your weekly classes with our studio to ensure that your portfolio stands out, with professional help from our expert instructors.

During these programs students will intensively work on their respective mediums and learn strategies and techniques to create and further develop a successful portfolio from proper handling of completed works, how to hang your work, how to make decisions for new works, and how to photograph your artwork.
